Tenant Turnover Cleanouts for Property Managers

Every day a unit sits with a former tenant's couch in it is a day it can't be cleaned, painted or shown. Gone By Five handles tenant turnover cleanouts for property managers and landlords, from a few leftover pieces to a fully packed unit. We're local, owner-operated and based in Townsend, so the MOT area, Bear, Glasgow, Newark, Smyrna and Dover are all regular stops.

The process is built for people managing more than one door. Your maintenance tech or leasing agent can send photos of each room, the access code and a list of what stays. You'll get a written quote with line items, the property address and your reference, and you approve it online. No phone tag, no estimator visit for most jobs, and no surprises once we're on site unless the job changes.

Invoices can go out in your company's name, with the property address on every document, so they're easy to match to a unit and pass through to an owner. If you have several units turning over at once, send them together and we'll quote them as one job. More on lockbox access, photo quotes and repeat work: property managers and realtors.
