What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you enter: your name, company, phone, email, job address and town, job details, preferred date and time, notes and any photos you upload. We also log basic technical data (IP address, browser) to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request: reviewing your job, sending your quote, scheduling, doing the work, taking payment and keeping basic business records. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and business, such as our website host and security check (Cloudflare), a payment processor if you pay online (your card details go directly to them, not us), and an email provider for sending quote and scheduling messages. They only process your data to provide those services.
Photos
Photos you upload are stored privately and used only to quote and plan your job.
How long we keep it
We keep request and job records as long as needed for the job and normal business, tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your request and photos at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, send a request through the contact form and mention it in the notes.
