FAQ
Quick answers about quotes, scheduling and what we haul.
How do I get a price?
Send photos through the quote form. We'll review and send you a line-item quote link you can approve or decline online. For bigger jobs we may schedule a quick on-site estimate first.
What does "gone by five" mean?
It's how we like to work: book a morning or midday slot and we aim to have your junk loaded and hauled away the same day. Scheduling depends on the day's jobs, and we'll confirm your window when we book.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Townsend, DE and serve Middletown, Odessa and the MOT area, New Castle and Kent County, DE, and nearby Eastern Maryland. See the service area page for towns.
What can't you take?
Hazardous materials: paint, solvents, fuel, oil and chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks and pressurized cylinders, and medical waste. When in doubt, ask in your request.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. Landlords, realtors and property managers often just give us access instructions (lockbox, door code). We'll confirm what we need when we schedule.
Do you do demolition?
Light, non-structural demo: sheds, small decks, fences, carpet, flooring, cabinets and similar tear-outs, plus hauling the debris. We don't do structural work.
How do I approve and pay?
Your quote arrives as a link. You can approve or decline right on the page. If a deposit is needed it's shown on the quote, and payment options are confirmed with your quote.
Do you work with property managers on repeat jobs?
Yes, that's a big part of what we do. Mention it in your request and we'll set up a simple process for turnovers and recurring work.
