Share the lockbox or door code, send pictures of each room (or have your field contact send them), and list anything that has to stay, such as appliances that convey with the house. You'll get a written, line-item quote to approve online, with the property address and your reference on it.

Evictions have to be legally complete before anything is removed, and the owner or manager has to have possession of the property. Once that's done, tell us your deadline.
