You decide what stays. Mark the keepers, tell us what goes, and we'll do the heavy lifting: old furniture, boxes, broken tools, holiday decorations, leftovers from past projects and everything in between. Basements and attics take more carrying, so mention stairs or pull-down ladders in your request and the written quote will reflect it.
Cleanouts are priced on how much of the trailer you fill, plus labor. A few photos from the doorway, showing the whole space, are usually enough for us to give you a price you can approve online before we schedule.
