You set the plan. Take your time going through the house first, mark what the family is keeping, and let us know if an estate sale, appraiser or donation pickup is happening before we arrive. When it's our turn, we'll carry out what's left from every room, the basement, attic, garage and sheds, and load it onto the trailer. If you're not sure about something, we'll set it aside and ask rather than toss it.
Many executors live out of state. You don't need to be there. Send photos of each room, share a lockbox code and approve the written quote online.
