We take it apart, load the debris into the dump trailer and haul it away in the same visit, so you're not left with a pile in the yard. Contractors use us to clear tear-out debris so their crew can keep working, and homeowners use us to get rid of an eyesore without renting a dumpster that sits in the driveway for a week.

Demo pricing depends on size, materials and weight. Wood and vinyl are straightforward; concrete footings, slabs, shingles and tile are heavy and priced by weight. Send photos with a rough size (for example, a 10x12 shed) and we'll come back with a written quote. We don't do structural work, permitted demolition or anything involving asbestos.
