Appliances are priced individually or as part of a bigger load. Anything with refrigerant, such as refrigerators, freezers, window AC units and dehumidifiers, carries an extra fee because the refrigerant has to be removed and handled properly.
Landlords replacing appliances between tenants can bundle several units into one visit. Send a photo of each item and where it is, mention stairs or tight spots, and you'll get a written quote back to approve online.
